At PureAKG, we are dedicated to supporting your pursuit of optimal cellular health through scientifically validated supplementation. We stand behind the quality and efficacy of our calcium alpha-ketoglutarate formula and want you to feel confident in your investment in longevity science.

Return Eligibility

You may return your PureAKG purchase within sixty (60) days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product remains unused and in the same condition as received
  • All original packaging is intact and unopened
  • You provide valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloadable products
  • Certain health and personal care supplements (as indicated on product pages)

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Care team at info@pureakg.org with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will provide return shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if applicable
  3. Please include the RAN with your return shipment

Refund Procedure

  1. Upon receipt of your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect the product to verify compliance with return conditions
  2. Process your refund within five (5) to ten (10) business days
  3. Issue the refund to your original payment method

Important Notes Regarding Shipping

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where:
    • The product arrived defective
    • An error occurred in fulfillment (wrong item, incorrect quantity, etc.)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked shipments
